Lab 18

         In this lab I used Dreamweaver to create an online calculator. All you are required to do is just plug in a value in the first place holder and then another value in the second one. You then proceed to select an option of what you would like the computer to do with both values. This lab was a bit complicated because it was kind of hard for me to figure out the individual code to get each of the buttons to work. Also I had to make sure that that code would work for any value that will be placed in the value holders.

Difference between 300ppi and 72ppi

   When you need to print a picture, you need a 300ppi resolution in order for it to have a high resolution and for it to look professional. When you are inserting a picture in a webpage, you need a 72ppi resolution so it doesn't look too bright. For example, when printing out the two pictures, the one with 300ppi resolution was a good picture because since it had a high resolution, you were able to see the picture clearly as if it was a regular picture and not something that was printed. Compared to the 72ppi resolution, which was too dim and you weren't able to distinguish things very clearly.

Lab 41

In this lab, I created a website that allows you to control a video's playback video speed. I added a video via the video tag in HTML that I got from a website full of small clips. It can either slow down the video or speed it up. It mostly works with JavaScript,   by setting the speed, bar and video as variables. I then used these variables to calculate what rate the video would be played at based on the progression of the bar on the right side.
